The company’s newest modular construction QSP™ or Quick Service Pizza™ model incorporates the brand’s “Nueva Tradición” design package. The store has a 1200 sq. ft. footprint and features a walk-in lobby and drive-thru lane for pick-up orders.

When an endcap is available, Pizza Patrón has a great package that gives customers a quick and convenient option for picking up their meals. The footprint is identical to the standard inline, carry-out model with the exception of the pick-up window.

Our carry-out restaurants are located in community-based shopping centers with storefronts typically no more than 75 feet from the primary traffic corridor.  We prefer 20 feet of storefront with a 1200 sq. ft. footprint withtwo ingress/egress points to primary traffic flow.
